Welcome! I’m Sam and I am honored to be your Counselor, Coach, and Consultant.
My passion and drive is motivating and helping people sharpen and hone in on their goals to make them specific, measurable, and achievable and most importantly attainable. I intend to have a bit of fun along the way.
I have two kids and I have been married for over 10 years. I have been a mentor and supervisor for about eight years now and I am a passionate believer in fitness, health and wellness, good sleep, nutrition, and a few other things in order to keep myself and others healthy. I am very open about my own experiences with depression and I do not take medicine for it. It just did not work for me, so through trial and error, I have found my sweet spot to live joyfully (patient, kind, humble, selfless, respectful, forgiving, honest, and committed). Okay, at least I try!
My pursuits include working out, doing “Tough Mudders“, reading, and keeping myself spiritually connected and grounded. I am an occasional blogger:My Blog I listen to BBC World News BBC World News almost daily and I have been AMAZINGLY blessed to have traveled to every continent except Australia and Antarctica. They are both on my bucket list.
I love to laugh, love, and live life to its fullest with passion and I am inviting you to join me.
I will end with a quote:
It is not what happens when you are down, it’s all about what you do when you get back up!

“Sam ‘ literally’ gave me my life back.” ~ Anonymous
“Sam is a very thought provoking coach and a master of his craft. I expected to enter into this experience being handed answers to ‘fix’ my struggles. Instead, Sam has gently pushed me , with guidance, to experience my own thought processes and “aha” moments through our time together. I have learned many valuable tools from Sam. I will continue to recommend Sam to anyone who needs to begin the process of self-discovery.” ~ Paula
